Many FORM DEPT. products are offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated production and shipping timelines provided on the product page.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing, production, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers will be notified of any significant delays affecting their order.

Order Processing

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.

FORM DEPT. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, FORM DEPT. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, FORM DEPT. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
