All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, limited inventory, and pre-order production model, FORM DEPT. does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Every item is carefully inspected and quality checked prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards before leaving our facility.

As a result, FORM DEPT. does not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for claims of damage, defects, wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or dissatisfaction after delivery.

The only exception is if an incorrect item was shipped by FORM DEPT.

If you believe you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at theformdept@gmail.com and include your order number along with clear photographs of the unopened package, shipping label, and product received.

Our team will review the information provided and contact you via email to further assist. FORM DEPT. reserves the right to review all claims and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
